I have a heart murmur?

So i was the doctor for a normal check up and she said I have a heart murmur.. she blamed it on my indented chest that was pressing against my heart.. she didn't explain anything... everyone is worried for me.. but i don't even know what it is! If anyone can explain what's wrong with me and what to expect at the cardiologist
