Is Seoul usually cloudy?

I'm visiting Seoul very soon, and since I've heard so many good things about it, I'm actually very excited. I've seen many pictures, however, most of them portray Seoul in a dismal, cloudy weather; it's hard to find pictures where Seoul is sunny. Is Seoul usually dark like that?
