My mom is a hoarder...how to deal with it..?

well my mom has her clutter only in my room. Some stuff are just storage and things that she hides from my step-dad cuz he is a very nosey person. The problem is that sometimes there is so much clutter that i want to clean but i have to ask permission to my mom when i do. If i just clean and if my mom will look for something and she can't find it, she always blame me for it. I have to deal with her slight memory loss problem, she forgets things easily. How can i deal with this? I want to clean my room but how can i if do it if my mom doesn't really let me touch her things (and it's all over my room!) Thanks for listening...
