What would you like to ask?my mother in law is a hoarder.?

my mother in law is very controlling, she is a paper and clothes hoarder and loves manipulating little kids. my boyfriend, 4mth old, 4yr old and i live with her. our old apt had water damage and mole on the ceiling so we moved in with her. she begs and cries for us not to leave plus she needs help with the rent, so we stay. yet she wont remove all of the old mags, boxes full of paper and old clothes out of the house. the mags are dated all the way back to the 90s and so are the clothes that belong to my boyfriend and his sister. my boyfriend is 27 and his sister is 35, neither wants the clothes. but she wont throw them out or give them away. the living room is full of bags and boxes so we cant have a living room set which we offer to buy and the kids cant have a space to play. my son is a baby and needs to have space to learn how to crawl around. she keep saying she is going to clean it and does want our help but never does. we had to take the boxes and things out of the room our daughter sleeps in but she just pile all into her room . we can we do to get her to remove the things out of the house? we are willing to pay for storage, but she wont remove the things from the house.and keeps adding new stuff like shipping barrels that she doesnt need. plus she drinks about 7 cans of beer a day. she wasnt like this before she received her master's from howard university and been to china and africa doing activist work. could she just be bored with life now that she is older. her old friends try reaching out but she lies and dont return their calls. is there any help that will can get her?
