Is this a cold or allergies?

I've been really tired lately, despite going to bed early and my throat hurts. It hurt so bad this morning that I ended up waking up because I was dreaming that my throat hurt! I've been coughing so hard that my stomach hurts. I'm very phlegmy and have had to use my inhaler to just break it up. The thing is that it seems to only be happening at night and in the morning. I did stay at my mom's house for two days early in the week and she was doing construction on her place and while it's sad to say... my mom doesn't live in the best conditions (let's just say she could easily be on the show Hoarders).
