My wife is Bi-Polar Manic Depressive and a hoarder...is she an unfit mother?

If she is an unmedicated bi-polar who has that many problems getting by, yes the court will deem her unfit. You need ot file for custody for the safety of your children. Hopefully that will be the wake up call she needs to see she needs to get help.
