How would I cut a hole (0.75 millimeter) into my house key?

I have a small knife blade (1.5" long) and I indent to connect it to my house key. My key is made of brass and I'd need a hole (.75 millimeters) cut into the larger portion of my key. Is there a way to do this without buying any tools?
