I'm bored on a sunny summer day?!?

I have about 3 hours until I go over a friends houuse and almost everyday this summer, I've been stuck inside the house! I'm sick of wasting my summer on the computer when its such a nice day out. Any suggestions of what I can do to kill time and get outside? Thanks :)
