If I pull into a space and someone else pulls out and hits me who is at fault?

So....Only the involved insurance companies can, do and will find "fault". Asking the other party to state he was at fault is laughable and even if he did, means nothing. Opinions here as to who was at fault don't matter and it is a waste of time asking. You will hear soon who was found at fault. BTW, You should have notified your insurance company immediately, not have waited 3 weeks. So....
