My girlfriend says she sees spirits?

I am currently dating my first love ( about 6 months now) who I re-connected with after 27 years. When I met her, she told me straight out she was a witch. She does spiritual healing and she is a chartered accountant by proffession. Everytime she comes to my place, she claims she has alot of difficulty sleeping because she says there are alot of dead people floating around my place. I live in the forest and am living above a floor where the landlord is a hoarder and has accumulated alot of stuff which he stores on the first level of the house ( basement) of which I am directly above. Also, there is a large shed about 50 feet away from my space which is packed with stuff which he has found mostly in the garbage. She claims that they are living in there and in the basement because they really like it there. Myself, I see nothing and feel nothing. She also told me there is a dead blonde girl with a white bloody dress who lives in my space with me. For me, my pad is just great, clean up in the forest with fresh air. the building itself is only about 17 years old and in excellant condition. The owner is very wealthy and keeps the place up to par. Here is my question. Does my girlfriend have a few loose screws or are these claims possible?
