What sports can I play by myself? in my backyard?

Its really nice and sunny lately but my mom hurt her back and my dad hurt his knees and none of my friends are free. Any kind of sport i can do by myself in my backyard? my backyards pretty big so i can do pretty much anything. Thank-you!
