Does anybody think there should be a certain amount of animals u can own?

I mean like animal hoarders? Thats jist terrible like on animal planet, but i do know this lady whos a vet that owns three horses like 12 cats and 6 dogs but she has a whole bunch of land and an enclosed out door run for her cats her animals are all really healthy and excersized because of the running space. Her house isnt messy like the hoarders are itsactually pretty clean but it can be quite a bit hectic. Is that bad to have so many animals? Whats ur opinion?
